All five varieties are high forage quality varieties with high tonnage potential. All exhibit relatively high multileaf traits, and have strong disease resistance packages suited for the geographies and customers in mind. Strong winterhardiness scores for the more northern varieties (FD 3 and FD 4) and strong regrowth and persistence ratings, for all varieties create the type of product that the dairyman and stockman are looking for. Also, the Relative Forage Quality, digestible nutrient and fiber content is all focused on getting the most growth for the beef producer and the most milk per acre for the dairymen.
